Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule all appointments. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the service total that was scheduled will be charged to the card on file.
A no-show appointment will also result in the card on file being charged 100% of the service total scheduled.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, this will also be considered a no-show & the card on file will be charged for the service total scheduled.
